Good labour conditions are important in improving the quality of childcare. With good terms of employment, working in childcare becomes more attractive and childcare organisations are able to attract and retain qualified employees. A collective labour agreement (CLA) for childcare would be helpful in achieving that goal. Therefore, the Public Entity of Bonaire is looking for a consultant to make an inventory of the wishes and needs of employers and employees in the childcare sector. Based on this inventory, to make recommendations on the components of a possible collective agreement and the necessary preconditions. The consultant is also expected to initiate the process of reaching a collective agreement, i.e. to initiate and facilitate discussions between employers and employees.
